Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex SuiteScript solutions (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and SuiteScript 2.1) to enhance and automate business processes.
Design and implement custom workflows, forms, fields, and records, ensuring scalability and performance.
Utilize SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for efficient deployment and management of customizations across environments.
Architect and implement robust integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems using SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlet, and other APIs.
Manage data migration and synchronization across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Design and optimize complex scripts and processes for data imports, exports, and data transformations.
Analyze existing NetSuite processes and customizations, identifying areas for performance improvement and optimization.
Lead system audits and troubleshoot complex issues, applying advanced knowledge to resolve problems and enhance system stability.
Stay current with NetSuite releases and ensure that customizations and integrations are compatible with new features and updates.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement NetSuite best practices and ensure system alignment with business objectives.
Mentor junior developers and share expertise in advanced NetSuite development, coding standards, and best practices.
Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite projects, from requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes.
Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite development, with a focus on advanced customizations and system integrations.
Proven experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System), ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), SuiteCommerce, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk; familiarity with SuiteBundler and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Configure and oversee NetSuite’s Dunning processes to automate follow-up on overdue accounts, implement effective dunning strategies, and ensure timely collections. Monitor and optimize dunning workflows, collaborate with finance to analyze performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Extensive experience managing complex integrations and middleware.
Provide guidance on best practices for NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and data structures.
Excellent analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, and/or ERP Consultant Certification highly preferred.
Advanced certifications or specialization in SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or NetSuite integrations are a plus.
