Responsibilities

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in graphic design, video production, presentations, photography, and content writing

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite or other equivalent digital tools

Advanced PowerPoint skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Outstanding communication skills and executive presence

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all content

Customer-centric mentality and a passion for creating engaging content

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and tackle projects with minimal direction

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to envision and create compelling content from start to finish

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a rapidly shifting environment

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
