Responsibilities
Owning System Operations: Managing, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite platform to ensure smooth daily operations and scalable solutions for long-term success.
Customizing and Automating: Developing and maintaining workflows, automation, and SuiteScripts (2.0) to streamline business processes and enhance functionality.
Supporting the Team: Acting as the go-to NetSuite expert by providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance to empower team members to use the platform effectively.
Creating Insights: Designing and managing custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to help teams make informed data-driven decisions.
Managing Integrations: Overseeing integrations between NetSuite and third-party tools, ensuring seamless functionality and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Driving Process Improvements: Analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve system performance and productivity.
Collaborating Strategically: Partnering with leadership to align NetSuite capabilities with broader business goals and providing strategic recommendations for growth.

Required
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and customizing NetSuite, including scripting (SuiteScript 2.0 is preferred), workflows, and configurations.
Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional system issues.
Strong understanding of operational areas like accounting, inventory, order management, and reporting.
Ability to create workflows, custom records, saved searches, and manage complex system configurations.
Ability to effectively translate technical details into actionable insights and provide training for non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to explore new ways to optimize and improve systems and processes.
Preferred
Certifications like NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer.
