Responsibilities
NetSuite Configuration and Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite system, including system configuration, customization, and optimization based on business requirements.
User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure efficient use of NetSuite by staff across the organization.
Customization & Scripting: Implement custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts (SuiteScript) to tailor the NetSuite environment according to specific business needs.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity, regular data imports/exports, backups, and system audits. Assist with data cleanup, analysis, and reporting.
Integration Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors or internal teams to manage and support integrations with other software platforms (e.g., CRM, E-commerce, HR systems).
System Optimization: Continuously review and improve system performance, scalability, and functionality based on feedback from users and business goals.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key business metrics.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor team member in NetSuite Administrator, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Work cross functionally with finance, operations, sales, and IT.
User Permissions & Roles: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and appropriate use of the system.
Project Management: Lead or participate in NetSuite-related projects, such as system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that NetSuite system operations comply with organizational policies and industry regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Maintain system documentation and best practices for future use.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role managing ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
Proficient in creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with financial processes and data management best practices.
Experience with data migration, imports, and exports using CSV or SuiteCloud tools.
Knowledge of third-party integrations and how to manage them (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify).
Preferred
NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is a plus.
Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, technology, or finance is beneficial.
Experience in managing ERP projects, system upgrades, and NetSuite module implementations.
