Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructures.
Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and security appliances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and optimize performance.
Conduct site surveys and on-site installations, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Prepare documentation, including network diagrams and configuration details.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
Strong experience with Fortinet products, including FortiGate firewalls.
Proficiency in networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client engagements and project work.
