Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage high-performance, secure, and scalable network architectures.

Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and frameworks.

Oversee the integration of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and data centers.

Ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and best practices.

Evaluate and implement emerging networking technologies to drive innovation.

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Lead network capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in designing and managing complex network infrastructures.

Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Strong knowledge of network security technologies (VPN, IPS/IDS, firewalls, NAC).

Proficiency in software-defined networking (SDN) and SD-WAN technologies.

Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios for network monitoring and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
