Responsibilities

Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP, VSS, STP, SPAN, QoS, OSPF, Multicast, Firewall, and Wireless technologies.

Analyze network technologies using Wireshark to identify connectivity issues.

Work with technologies such as Cisco routing and switching, Load Balancers, TACACS+/Radius, Nexus, and Checkpoint firewall.

Operate effectively in a GxP environment with direction and oversight.

Collaborate as a team player with a strong customer focus, building relationships and creating processes aligned with customer needs.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicate effectively, evaluate information, anticipate obstacles, and develop actionable strategies.

Required

Demonstrated hands-on experience with troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP, Layer 2 Technologies: VSS, STP, SPAN, Layer 3 Technologies: QoS, OSPF, Multicast

Experience with Security Technologies: Firewall, Wireless technologies

Ability to analyze technologies utilizing Wireshark to identify network connectivity issues

Experience with some of the following: Cisco routing and switching, Load Balancers, TACACS+/Radius, Nexus, Checkpoint firewall

Experience with a GxP environment

Ability to operate with direction and oversight

Strong team player with demonstrated customer focus; builds strong customer relationships; creates processes with customer viewpoint; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

Proven record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve; creates actionable strategies and operational plans

CCNP Level Experience Required

Strong written and verbal English communication skill
