Responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced wireless network architectures tailored to telecom operator requirements.
Ensure scalability, security, and high performance in the network infrastructure.
Continuously optimize wireless networks for enhanced performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to monitor and fine-tune network operations.
Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies, including LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi standards.
Lead efforts in integrating new technologies into existing infrastructure.
Ensure robust network security protocols are implemented and adhered to.
Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities or risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network architecture with business goals.
Provide strategic guidance on network evolution and technology adoption.

Required
Proven experience in wireless network design, implementation, and management for telecom operators.
Strong expertise in LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Proficiency in network security protocols and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
LTE/5G/Wi-Fi: 5 years (Required)
Network architecture: 10 years (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or equivalent are preferred.
