Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation:
Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
Optimize network performance and scalability.
Network Security:
Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
Monitor network traffic for anomalies and potential threats.
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly.
Provide tier-3 support for network-related incidents.
Work closely with end-users to address connectivity and performance concerns.
Network Documentation:
Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Create and update network topology maps.
Capacity Planning:
Monitor network utilization and plan for capacity upgrades as needed.
Evaluate network hardware and recommend enhancements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.).
Preferred
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
