Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and operate network services/systems, including hardware and virtual environments.
Support network integration and the implementation of SASE solutions.
Assist in the migration of current information systems into a SASE environment.
Develop and implement CASB solutions using Palo Alto CASB or Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, with integration into Microsoft Purview.
Review existing network infrastructure and conduct network assessments including circuit reviews, connection types, bandwidth, traffic types, routing protocols, and more.
Develop roadmaps for implementing and integrating Zero Trust capabilities and provide recommendations for migration strategies.
Coordinate with stakeholder network teams to optimize the customer's network maturity in the Zero Trust framework.
Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct analysis of alternatives, and provide recommendations to program leadership.
Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures.
Integrate new systems into existing network architectures.
Monitor network capacity and performance to ensure reliability.
Patch network vulnerabilities to safeguard information against unauthorized access.
Support Trusted Internet Connections (TIC) 3.0 integration and migration efforts within AWS, Azure, and other Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical IT field.
Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to develop undefined tasks into actionable processes and work streams.
Working knowledge of leading SASE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma Access.
Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Windows operating systems, and associated support systems.
Proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365, M365 Security Suite, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
Experience implementing CASB solutions and integrating with Microsoft Purview.
Knowledge of TIC 3.0 and cloud-native tools for implementation.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESX and RedHat OS.
This position requires U.S. citizenship in compliance with federal contract requirements.
Expert knowledge of routing, TCP/IP, Dynamic Host Configuration, Domain Name System (DNS), and directory services.
Deep understanding of network systems management principles, tools, and methods (e.g., end-to-end systems performance monitoring).
Experience with monitoring, data backups, recovery techniques, system utilization, and recovery testing.
Proven ability to create and maintain network and system diagrams.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles to manage risks associated with data transmission, processing, and storage.
Ability to solve problems in a highly technical environment and produce effective solutions under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and technical writing abilities.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate resources, and meet scheduled goals.
Ability to adapt to sudden project priority changes, work independently or as part of a team, and share workloads effectively.
Preferred
Experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining a Zero Trust Architecture in a federated enterprise environment.
Familiarity with operating and maintaining SD-WAN or NFV technologies.
Relevant industry certifications preferred.
