Responsibilities

Work within a team of highly certified engineers to provide exceptional professional services to the Mainline customer base.

Collaborate with other team members, sharing knowledge and resources to improve overall delivery quality.

Lead implementation and migration projects as necessary. Provide detailed documentation, including as-built configurations, network diagrams, and project deliverables.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact during project engagements, fostering strong relationships with clients in a trusted advisor role.

Provide technical support to the Mainline customer base as needed to ensure customer success and Mainline success.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical expertise throughout the engagement.

Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues in a timely manner. Perform root-cause analysis and recommend proactive solutions.

Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, solutions architects, and sales teams.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in networking security to facilitate evolving markets and strategies.

The ability to obtain industry and vendor certifications that will benefit the customer, the network security team and Mainline.

Required

At least 5+ years of experience in firewall design, deployment, configuration, and administration, preferably with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper and/or Cisco.

At least 5+ years of experience working with load balancers such as F5, NetScaler's, A 10 or VMware AVI technologies.

High school diploma or GED required

Strong understanding of network protocols, security concepts and industry best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
