Responsibilities

Guide the team in making decisions and providing suggestions related to storage/virtualization technology.

Assess new technologies for potential integration/migration, particularly focusing on storage and virtualization migration experience.

Handle support requests for storage and virtualization technologies, including VMware/Broadcom escalation support.

Assist in higher-level problem resolution for systems (Windows/Mac/Linux), especially in Active Directory.

Contribute to Juniper switch upgrades and provide support for network-related tasks.

Collaborate with IT management, senior leadership, and researchers in a complex environment.
