Responsibilities

Lead and execute live network transformation projects to enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design, implement, and optimize network solutions using Cisco, Juniper, and F5 technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Conduct network assessments, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues during and after transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network security and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required

Certifications: CCNA and CCNP (mandatory). Additional certifications in Cisco, Juniper, or F5 technologies are a plus.
Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in live network transformation projects.
Proven track record of successfully completing at least 3–4 network transformation projects.
Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and F5 technologies.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, network architecture, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with stakeholders effectively.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
