Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities; secure and schedule meetings / presentations with prospective clients
Implement and execute on strategies to identify new business opportunities, generate new accounts, and forge long-term relationships
Recommend short-term and long-term strategies for business expansion through new industry trends
Educate team members and key management personnel on client conditions and detailed contract negotiations
Assist the LIV team with a variety of administrative tasks, operational projects, and relationship management to secure and nurture accounts
Maintain prospective and existing client-base in an organized manner within our Salesforce platform
Collaborate with internal teams on company-wide initiatives
Assist in the preparation of required contracts, amendments, and reports in a timely manner
Effectively communicate the company’s suite of services, operational approach and unique positioning while maintaining the highest level of brand standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree level or higher
Strong ability to prioritize, plan and organize daily work schedule to maximize production
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development
Passionate about the fitness and wellness industry
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically through concrete application
Strong network of existing contacts
Excellent presentation, written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills a must
Polished and positive demeanor
Resourceful and continuously going above and beyond
Ability to adapt and thrive in both a team dynamic and individually
Efficient and effective at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
