Responsibilities

Works with senior management to define and develop project requirements and plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
Obtains an understanding of the product, its benefits, market, pricing, positioning, design, and advertising.
Evaluates and modifies the plan as needed.
Monitor progress against project goals, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinates resources, such as design and engineering contractors and technical personnel, to ensure effective process implementation.
Collaborate with sales to communicate the offer to each customer.
Monitors trends in the industry and may participate in trade shows/organizations.
May participate in quality system management reviews.
Promotes the Quality Policy among CI’s employees. Provides technical resources to maintain the quality management system, training and education when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Familiar with industrial production processes
Chemical industry experience
Ability to learn and understand the uses and applications of Calcium Hydroxide in industry
Ability to manage multifunctional teams, project timelines, budgets and resources
Analytical with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
Self-managed with strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word

Preferred

Engineering degree
Operations Management degree
Project management certification
