Responsibilities
Manage campaign setup and optimization across Google Ad Servers, DSPs, and paid social platforms to ensure full delivery against goals.
Coordinate with internal/external teams on performance, risks, deliverables, and campaign updates, leading weekly reviews on status, timelines, and potential issues.
Be a point of escalation for activation best practices, processes, and technical issues.
Identify efficiencies in daily tasks and share best practices with the team.
Support activation across offsite channels and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and refinements.

Required
2+ years of experience in a digital activation role (bonus if you've worked at an agency or Retail Media Network)
Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360 or TTD), paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok), and ad servers (e.g., DCM, GAM, or CM360).
Previous management/team leadership experience.
Proficiency in resolving issues and simplifying complex concepts, while managing campaigns simultaneously.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables)
