Responsibilities
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Representing the company at regional events and trade shows
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
Developing and managing regional sales budgets and expenses

Required
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Representing the company at regional events and trade shows
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
Developing and managing regional sales budgets and expenses
Proficient in computer software and programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a regional sales role
You possess solid and credible relationships with key decision-makers in the region
You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
You have strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
Functional competencies include selling, negotiating, financial management, inventory management, leveraging insights, and time management.
Entrepreneurial, but skilled business decision-making and problem solving.
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
Remote office.
Travel required throughout assigned region, up to 75%.
