Responsibilities

Collaborate with tech leads and product teams to prioritize and implement feature requests in an Agile environment

Design, develop, test, and deploy frontend applications, using React, TypeScript, and Next.js

Lead or contribute as an individual developer to web-based and mobile-based projects

Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences

Drive the development and enhancement of reusable components and scalable frontend solutions

Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development processes

Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, particularly regarding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Required

3+ years of experience in frontend development using React.

1+ year of experience in Next.js development.

Proven ability to build scalable frontend systems and reusable components.

Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Ability to support and debug frontend applications in a production environment.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Experience working in high-volume environments with complex technical requirements.

Preferred

Expert-level experience with Next.js.

Familiarity with microservices and serverless functions.

Experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage complex technical projects.
