Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the NextGen EHR system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Collaborate with end-users to understand workflow requirements and customize Nextech to meet specific needs.

Implement system upgrades and patches with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Design and develop custom templates within the NextGen system to enhance user experience and streamline clinical workflows.

Work closely with healthcare professionals to gather requirements and ensure templates align with industry best practices.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and present data from the Nextech database.

Create and maintain SQL stored procedures to automate routine tasks and improve data integrity.

Provide training to end-users on NextGen system features, template usage, and best practices.

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support for Nextech-related issues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Develop and update training materials and guides for end-users.
