Monitoring and Optimization of the Nexthink DEX platform
Provide data analysis and insights from Nexthink platform
Dashboard creation and design to provide real time visibility of Nexthink’s platform
Maintenance and problem resolution of the platform
Reporting, training and support of Nexthink Platform

Required
Subject-matter expertise with Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
Ability to operationally manage the Nexthink platform and assist with benefit realization
Experience scripting and creating automations that will help maximize the benefits of the Nexthink DEX tool
Experience implementing and administering Nexthink DEX or a similar DEX platform
