Responsibilities
Perform preventive/reactive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Respond to trouble ticket/work order requests promptly and positively.
Maintain records, operation logs, and files, including preventative maintenance logs and inspection logs.
Apply HVAC knowledge to ensure occupant comfort and critical room dependability.
Inspect facilities, identify discrepancies, manage vendors, recommend repair projects, and track equipment life cycle.
Operate the facility in compliance with government and regulatory requirements, enforce safety rules, and assess safety hazards.
Participate in incident investigations and perform other assigned tasks.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Two or more years' experience in commercial Building Engineering or related field
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
