Responsibilities
Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage, inform, and inspire supporters
Develop and implement strategies to boost participation in fundraising initiatives and events
Assist with website updates and ensure the site is optimized for user experience and content engagement
Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for email newsletters, event promotions, and donor communications
Stay updated on best practices in email marketing and website optimization to enhance outreach and engagement efforts
Support the coordination and promotion of organization events, including registration, communication, and post-event follow-ups
Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize email and event engagement

Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in email marketing, including strategy and campaign management
Strong proficiency in website design and maintenance, ensuring an engaging user experience
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and website management tools
Ability to create compelling and mission-aligned content to engage donors, clients, and community members
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field
