Responsibilities
Create sales opportunities through existing broker contacts and networking.
Assist brokers in structuring their loans and entering loan detail into the company's systems.
Provide point of contact for the broker through the loan approval and closing process.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the broker's satisfaction.
Cold calling potential clients 30–50 calls per day.
Tracking contacts in the company’s NMLS and Dynamics (Salesforce)
Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers.
Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports.
Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation
Answer client questions and respond to all client emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner
Communicate effectively and professionally in a remote environment.
Provide training and conduct informational meetings for the client base

Required
Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a track record of success in the mortgage industry
Non-QM and Hard Money Loan experience/ Currently (or recently) in a Non-QM producer role is a plus
Wholesale AE experience with book of business, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers.
Must possess solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards
Should have origination experience with an existing broker client base
Existing book of business and banker/broker contact list.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Demonstrated ability of knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition.
Understanding of current industry compliance policies.
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS office products.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
