Responsibilities
Proficient with guidelines, products and requirements.
Reviews income on bank statement loans and structure Non-QM scenarios to give the broker the best opportunity to receive an underwriting approval while also giving the borrower the best possible product.
Recommends qualified loans for submission to NON-QM underwriting team and prevents loans that do not warrant submission from going into underwriting within expected turn times.
Provides support and training to internal and external sales teams on advantages, niches and guidelines of the NQM products to increase originations.
Assists in pipeline/scenario management.
Manages Expectations of all parties and communicates positively regarding products and the company.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.
3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry in sales, account management and/or underwriting.
Experience interacting with brokers, loan officers, processors and operation staff.
Ability to analyze, structure and document complex loan scenarios to include income assets and credit for borrowers with a variety of circumstances.
Desire and capability to grow business opportunities by training internal and external individuals and teams by providing a positive lending experience.
Must have the ability to captivate and communicate with various audiences.
Must be flexible and capable of working in a changing environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage expectations and communicate positively during challenging periods.
