Responsibilities

Provide frontline client support, resolving issues related to the Give at Work platform.
Assist clients with campaign setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Understand client needs and challenges in corporate workplace giving and CSR.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing, identifying and documenting bugs.
Collaborate with product management and development teams to resolve issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Give at Work product, including new features and updates.
Create documentation, training materials, and support resources for clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on product performance using KPIs, leveraging data to improve client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in corporate giving and social responsibility.

Required

Must have non-profit experience.
Remote, US-based, able to work mainly EST time zone hours.
Minimum of three years of experience in client support, quality assurance, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in corporate workplace giving, CSR, or related areas is highly desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a client support context.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, executives, and experts.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality support.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Strong collaborative skills for working in a diverse software product development team.
Ability to produce technical documentation and help guides for users.

Preferred

Previous experience with StratusLIVE or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience with nonprofit organizations or consulting for nonprofits is a plus.
Technical proficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, CMS, Dynamics 365) is preferred.
