Responsibilities
Define and execute a North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and achieve measurable business goals.
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline in specific regions.
Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders (regional sales stakeholders, marketing, product, customer success) and external partners to create and deliver seamless, impactful events aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute a broad range of events, from high-touch executive dinners to mid-scale multi-city roadshows, with clear objectives, tracking, and measurement for each event.
Lead event execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis for regional events.
Track key event metrics for North America events such as attendance, leads generated, and customer feedback to evaluate event success.
Track event performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the customer experience and event effectiveness.

Required
5+ years in corporate events management or related fields, preferably in SaaS or high-growth organizations, with a focus on North America events.
Proven experience in planning and executing events with measurable success under defined budgets and objectives.
Experience with event management tools and platforms, such as Cvent, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience supporting events in North America across diverse industries and market segments.
