Responsibilities
Manage inner office relationships and internal processes:
Euroline Brand ambassador with mission statement and core values internal and external.
Follow order submittal process and accurate client account management.
Promote and develop trusted relationships with all key internal support staff.
All opportunities > $100K tracked on CRM with activities scheduled and completed.
Active management of top 10 opportunities/month for 3 months projection.
Connecting directly with client buying influence to promote ESW and support sale process.
Ongoing scheduled next steps and/or follow up.
Strategize with dealer rep on next steps in sales process.
Lead processing within 24 hours, qualify and assign to dealers with CRM tracking.
Managing all scheduled calls and activities on CRM per due dates.
Work with dealer to increase brand and product awareness at the luxury retail level.
Dealer training 101 and 102 on bi-annual basis.
Engage in their current marketing efforts.
Sell product displays and place POP material in retail showrooms.
Lead dealer reps to increase quality of quotes and conversion.
Build deep trusted relationships with all dealer reps.
Educate dealer representatives on Euroline Steel Windows & Doors® product details.
Provide/Organize Sales training – how to sell Euroline Steel Windows & Doors®.
Set annual revenue goals with ownership/management of all accounts.
Create action plan to achieve goals.
Review progress with ownership/management on a quarterly basis quoting activity and closing.
Enroll new dealers where necessary.
New dealers should be added when we have the opportunity to increase the overall sales result of assigned territory, with Director approval.
Develop architectural awareness.
Organize and deliver training/information to architects independently.
Engage/train dealers to present Euroline Steel Windows & Doors® to architects.
Increase architectural specifications.
Develop direct relationships with architects and manage Euroline Steel Windows & Doors® specification activity.
Identify architects specifying competing brands and educate them about Euroline Steel Windows & Doors® to earn future project specification.
Develop and present architectural presentations to architects and designers to expand brand awareness.
Coordinate the involvement of internal company personnel to meet account and customers’ expectations.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers; maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Prepare oral and written reports regarding sales activity and results for management.

Required
5-7 Years Sales and/or Business development experience.
Industry specific experience a must have.
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (particularly over the phone).
Ability to influence key decision makers at all levels.
Results driven and self-motivated.
Must have a professional demeanor and a team player attitude.
Must have integrity and possess a moral compass.
Must be organized and have excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer skills (MS office, CRM and Web based applications).
Ability to maintain and drive client relationships and the sale through a long sales process.
