Responsibilities
Develop profitable and sustainable sales in assigned territory
Maintain, improve, and grow the profitability of the existing sales territory through establishing new sustainable sales outlets or increased share of business.
Prospect and develop new customers, focusing on Nature’s Generator for promoting our new product offerings.
Manage the needs of the new developed distributors in the territory.
Meet often with new distributors to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional territory-related trade shows, and establishing personal networks.
Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting as well as developing sales quotas for the region.
Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
Provide the know how to generate market leads and close new deals.
Develop and implement new strategies to capture an untapped key demographic.
Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
Uplift the regional sales volume to its highest and best potential.
Help develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies.
Develop and maintain channels between product developers, resellers, and final users.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
Self-starter attitude and mindset
Knowledge of electricity principles and generator functions helpful
Knowledge of supply chain and importing is helpful
