Responsibilities
Lead the collection of change impacts during Finance design sessions and compile a comprehensive Change Impact Assessment Report upon conclusion.
Develop the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the Finance function as part of the Oracle Transformation Project.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform assessments to identify and understand the impact of ERP Transformation on finance stakeholders.
Develop a communications strategy and plan tailored for the Finance function based on the identified stakeholders.
Design a Change Readiness Assessment approach to evaluate the Finance function's preparedness for the impacts associated with ERP Transformation.

Required
At least 5 years of change management experience designing and deploying change management programs
At least 2 years of change management experience designing and deploying large-scale technology driven organizational change efforts and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications driven transformation
At least 2 years of training experience designing and deploying a technology focused training program (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
Change Management experience focused on asset centric accounting and tax systems (e.g., PowerPlan)
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci's ADKAR Model
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to establish and cultivate strong mid-management and senior management level relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Change Management Consulting experience within the Power and Utilities sector
