Responsibilities

Leading and managing the delivery of large-scale SAP projects, ensuring all aspects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of SAP solutions.

Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on SAP technology, helping them understand the benefits and implications of different solutions.

Collaborating closely with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project delivery.

Continually enhancing your knowledge of SAP technology and OCM practices, and sharing this knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Monitoring the project's progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects.

Deep knowledge of SAP technology and a solid understanding of OCM practices.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and flexibility.
