Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the OEM service departments.
Collaborate closely with these accounts to drive sales and achieve mutual success.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable agreements.
Expand our footprint within existing accounts and explore new business prospects.
Leverage your industry knowledge to create compelling proposals and win new contracts.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute sales plans tailored to each key account.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the OES segment.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Possess a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and its applications within the automotive industry.
Provide technical information and support to clients during sales interactions.

Required
Minimum of 4 years in sales within the automotive industry.
Proven record of accomplishment of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Outstanding candidates may present experience in lieu of education.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
