Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
Advise clients on general business law matters, including contract review and drafting, business formation, and operational issues.
Assist with the formation and management of LLCs, including drafting operating agreements and advising on governance matters.
Ensure corporate compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
Advise on corporate governance issues and prepare related documentation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
8-15+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably with in-house or medium to large firm experience.
Strong expertise in M&A, general business law, LLCs, corporate compliance, and corporate governance.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ongoing commitment to collegiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred
Experience in securities law is a plus.
