Responsibilities
Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information.
Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
Ensure consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

Required
2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Preferred
1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
