Responsibilities

Manage all office activities such as maintenance coordination, supply ordering, event coordination, and administrative assistance

Provide building access to new employees

Act as the primary point of contact for site visitors, guests, and external vendors

Assist in coordinating and monitoring site action plans

Support HR onboarding processes including orientation and I9 processing

Required

4+ years of office management or general administrative experience

Outstanding organizational and task management skills

Experience with Windows 10 Professional

Ability to execute light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds

Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal team members

Proven ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining a positive customer presence

Customer service skills and general client-facing ability

Desire to take on ambiguous tasks and develop scalable solutions

Preferred
