Responsibilities

Responsible for answering the Puttery and Drive Shack Regional phone lines at the scheduled time primarily at the Corporate office, with one or more days working at The Colony Puttery.

Support The Colony venue administratively as needed, specifically while present, but also during times at the Corporate office.

Understand the Puttery and Drive Shack FAQ to respond with accurate information to customers calling the Regional Phone Line.

Facilitate communication between guests, sales, and venue leaders.

Help navigate customers to sales and venue as appropriate.

Direct large party inquiries to venue sales.

Assist customers with direct booking and walk-in inquiries.

Support Venue leaders to maintain customer support and operational needs.

Support Human Resources and Payroll through various administrative tasks.

Perform other duties as requested by management.
