Responsibilities

Primary contact for greeting visitors to the building and answering incoming calls from reception area, ensuring all visitors are properly “documented” in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Distribute mail to appropriate employees

Maintain and order office supplies, and cleaning supplies. Order other supplies as requested.

Ensure all copy rooms are adequately stocked and maintained.

Maintain overall appearance of the office and breakroom.

Main contact for janitorial and vending services for the office.

Coordinate office functions including ordering company lunches as needed.

Assemble materials for delivery to trade shows or to commercial team members.

Perform administrative activities and clerical tasks as requested by internal employees.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma required, Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.

At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
