Responsibilities

Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

Coordinate on all office equipment / IT related issues

Plan (attend) in-house or off-site activities, like work from office days, team offsites, parties, celebrations and conferences

Keep track of and replace office supplies, swag, office snacks and drinks as necessary

Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings

Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures

Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs

Required

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
