Responsibilities
Set up conference rooms, including beverages, catering, and audio-visual equipment
Maintain and organize copier and supply areas
Assist with organizing employee engagement events
Provide backup coverage for the reception area
Handle errands as required

Manage guest reception and food orders
Assist in preparing for private events
Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Required
2-5 years in office services or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Effective communicator with all levels of staff while maintaining professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
