Responsibilities
Supervise and manage office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and follow up on aging invoices
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Oversee the filing system for both physical and electronic documents
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, projects
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
Ensure proper phone, email, and text etiquette is maintained by all office staff

Required
Previous experience in administration or office management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
