Initiate and support projects, and format documents and presentations meeting accessibility requirements.
Utilize customer service skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Input data accurately into databases and Excel spreadsheets.

Required
Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders via email, in person, or over the phone.
Use of word processing skills to prepare, edit, and finalize emails, correspondence, records, and reports; write and edit a variety of documents that are grammatically correct, in proper format, and free of errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
English language skills in writing, speaking, and reading sufficient to compose correspondence with accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation and to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop administrative and program procedures and make recommendations to leadership for new or revised program practices and procedures for smooth and efficient office operations.
Understanding of MN Government Data Practices Act and state and federal health care privacy laws.
Data entry skills sufficient to rapidly and accurately input data into various databases and Excel spreadsheets.
Preferred
Two years of combined administrative support in an office setting, experience which includes, but not limited to, handling a variety of business correspondence, recordkeeping, tracking, or similar responsibilities.
Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and strong problem-solving skills/dilemma resolution skills.
Ability to receive/react to changes in priorities; be able to implement these changes into the daily schedule, exercising good judgment and decision-making.
A variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
Excellent human relation skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills as well as project management skills and the ability to coordinate/prioritize several, complex, ongoing activities at once.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, knowledge of Data Privacy laws.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites standard software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases sufficient to create, modify, and protect them.
Use software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, to create, format, and edit presentations.
