Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including answering phones, handling correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Accurately enter and update information in databases, ensuring records are current and organized.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Coordinate travel arrangements and events as needed.
Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Provide occasional support to customers by answering inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department, and assisting with simple requests.
Help maintain the office space, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and well-equipped with necessary supplies.
Provide support to various departments such as Sales, HR, and Finance with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all guests entering the office.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
