Responsibilities
Opens the office in a timely manner each morning at 8:00 AM.
Greets visitors and provides excellent customer service.
Verifies incoming applications and contacts applicants for missing information.
Answers questions in person, over the phone, via email, and chat program.
Conducts move-in orientations for new residents.
Processes office forms and resident records in the apartment management system.
Coordinates with various building stakeholders including the maintenance department.
Supports the leasing team in making residents feel at home and comfortable on campus.
Provides other general office support as needed.

Required
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required.
One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
