Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support to the office staff.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum of 6 months of front desk or administrative work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
