Responsibilities
Greet customers (predominantly phone based) and manage scales for a busy aggregate operation.
Answer corporate main phone line.
Process outgoing mail and postage.
Accounting support and data entry for basic accounting functions (payroll time keeping and accounts payable).
Manage email correspondence through digital channels.
Track and order office supplies.

Required
2+ years experience in office environment preferred
Great customer service and communication skills
Strong computer skills
Able to sit and stand for 8+ hours a day, some occasional lifting of office products
Able to lift 20lbs
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft 360 software (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
