Responsibilities
Help in the main office with students, teachers, parents, and visitors.
Care for ill or injured students when needed.
Issue passes/access to visitors.
Assist with registration and other events.
Contact parents to resolve fee-related issues.
Help with building security and monitor students.
Keep daily records.
Assist in placing orders for office supplies.
Assist with emergency drills.
Verify accurate accounting procedures and deposits.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some office or customer service experience preferred.
Basic understanding of current computer programs and usage.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills to maintain records and place orders.
Basic first aid training to care for injured or ill students.
Skilled in answering phones and communication skills.
Skilled in interacting positively with students, parents, staff members, administration, etc.
