Responsibilities
Ordering business cards and building IDs for new agents
Maintaining and ordering supplies
Assisting agents with completing pre-populated forms
Ensuring agents' licenses are up to date and assisting in the renewals process
Providing administrative support and IT assistance to agents
Handling ad hoc projects as needed
Updating exclusive listings (price changes, status changes, expiration dates, open houses)
Greeting visitors and agents entering the office
Ordering messengers from a 3rd party service
Occasionally answering phones
Sorting through daily mail

Required
4-year degree or equivocal and/or related office administrative experience (preferably in a real estate office)
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and should enjoy finance and numbers.
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Two or more years' experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
Real Estate background preferred.
