Responsibilities
Coordinate workload distribution among Clerical Staff and conduct training programs
Develop policies, procedures, and targets to maximize workflow
Answer and screen phone calls, greet visitors, and provide assistance
Plan and schedule calendars, arrange travel, and prepare routine communications
Open, route, and distribute incoming and outgoing materials
Monitor supply levels, order supplies, and perform service and maintenance activities
Create and maintain confidential files, ensure correct timekeeping for payroll
Provide quality customer service at the front desk
Maintain confidentiality, interact with various constituencies, and communicate effectively
Read, write, follow instructions, and work with attention to detail
Utilize general computer skills and document management techniques

H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
