Responsibilities

Provide direct support for projects essential to our Operation team

Maintain the functionality, cleanliness, and presentability of the office at all times.

Manage and maintain relationships with the office vendors

Ensure an onsite presence during office hours to support administrative needs

Handle various office tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, overseeing office supplies, and assisting with meeting preparations (including room set, refreshments, cleanliness, etc)

Manage the general office email and voicemail

Assist other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
