Responsibilities
Professionally greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete administrative processing, and maintain records.
Manage inventory of supplies, maintain clinic cleanliness and safety, and process patient payments.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Process, distribute, and track documentation to physicians, handle cancellations and appointment rescheduling.
Use and maintain office equipment, communicate patient progress, and support daily clinic operations.

Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Front Desk knowledge and experience required, preferably in PT clinic.
Strong background in providing excellent customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Work well in a team atmosphere and have a strong sense of leadership skills.
Enjoy interacting with people.
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
