Responsibilities
Site Supervision and Management: Work with project managers to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. Ensure projects comply with industry standards, engineering principles, and customer specifications. Supervise construction activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Maintenance, Inspections, and Technical Support: Work with project engineers to conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial structures. Diagnose and address issues with structures and provide effective solutions. Provide on-site and remote technical support related to civil engineering projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structural integrity, materials, and construction methods.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure project success.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and maintenance. Prepare technical reports and summaries for clients and management. Document changes, updates, and upgrades to infrastructure and construction plans.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during field operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or a similar role; preferably in commercial construction projects
Valid driver's license
Strong technical writing skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using civil engineering software and diagnostic tools (CAD, Primavera P6, Excel, Bluebeam, ClearCalcs)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
